Getting my first exposure to a corporate environment was exciting and I learned so much! In this internship, I was able to rotate among different departments including bid estimating, project controls, engineering, and project management. I learned about the heat-tracing industry and how a project unfolds from bidding to post construction.

Being able to explore every department allowed me to get a glimpse into the importance of every subsystem and how they work to move the project on and make the it successful. What made my experience so memorable was the people I got to work with. Not only was learning my co-workers' stories exciting, but they were so helpful and open to give any advice they could to me.
